To provide an engaging and exciting learning environment. We will ensure all students learn to high levels, we will work in a collaborative and collective way and we will focus on results and use results to inform and improve our professional practice and respond to students who need intervention or enrichment. We are committed to a holistic approach to the growth and development of each child.
Boneo Primary School Mission Statement:
Boneo Primary School provides a positive, personalised and nurturing learning environment that motivates students to reach their maximum potential as lifelong learners.
The Boneo Values are RED
Boneo Primary School is located at Boneo which is on the Mornington Peninsula. We are 95km from the city of Melbourne and between Rosebud and Rye.
The school is adjacent to the Boneo Reserve that consists of the Boneo Hall, Boneo Tennis Courts and the Boneo Oval. We use these facilities with permission from the local Shire. The school is capped at 350 children and we do not anticipate this to change in the life of this strategic plan. Currently most our children come from the Peninsula Sands Estate and the Cape Schank area. All of the students at our school come by car or bus as the school is in an isolated area surrounded by farms and market gardens.

Sustainability at Boneo Primary School involves children, staff and families being connected to their natural world through producing, nurturing, exploration, education, protection and celebration. We create peaceful places where students and teachers can investigate and learn about their local flora and fauna by interacting with the natural environment. We promote values related to environmental care and responsibility at school and beyond.
